I’ve lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
Simply click on Lost Password within the Forum section in the Student Community tab. You will be asked for your username and email address and an automated email with your password will be sent to you. Likewise, if you’ve lost both your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter your email address and an automated email with your username and password will be sent to you.
I’d like to post at a forum for my school but I don’t see it listed. How can I get it added?
Click on Request for a forum for your online school, and you will be prompted to pick from the available list of schools, or, if it’s not included on our list, request that it be added. We will work hard to promptly respond to your request to add your school.
What will be publicly visible if I create an account to post a review or post at the blog?
Only your username will be viewable at the website. Your name and email address will not be visible.
What will be publicly visible if I register to create a profile in the forum?
Only your username and the profile details that you’ve chosen to include in your profile and share will be viewable at the website. Your name and email address will not be visible.
I have a different topic that I’d like to post for that doesn’t fall into any of the current categories. What can I do to post on my subject?
You can either add your post to the Off topic category or submit a new suggested category under Site Suggestions/Questions.
